By accessing or using Alpha, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this service.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Innovation Development Based On Knowledge eXchange (idbokx), the operator of Alpha.

Alpha is an AI Readiness diagnostic platform providing self-assessment tools, scored reports, and optional expert review services to business users.

The service is provided as-is. idbokx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable prior notice where feasible.

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a personalised access token by email. This token grants access to your report for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Tokens are non-transferable and intended for the purchaser's use only
• idbokx is not responsible for loss of access resulting from lost, shared, or compromised tokens
• Token access expires automatically without further notice

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

AI Readiness Report (€29) All sales are final. No refund is available once the report has been generated and token access has been granted.

AI Readiness Report + Expert Call (€199) A partial refund of €170 is available if the Expert Review has not been delivered within 21 business days of purchase. The €29 report access fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Alpha reports are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

idbokx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of any report generated by this platform.

The accuracy of diagnostic results is contingent on the accuracy of information provided by the user during the assessment. idbokx makes no warranty as to the completeness or fitness for purpose of any report.

All platform content, scoring models, methodologies, and report templates are the intellectual property of idbokx and are protected under applicable law.

Your diagnostic data and generated report are your own. By using this service, you grant idbokx a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data for the purpose of generating your report and improving the platform — using anonymised, aggregated data only.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from the use of Alpha Audit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

The parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
